Job description:
1. Take overall responsibility for the development of molecular diagnostic kits, as well as the development of supporting products, to ensure that the project completes milestones;
2. Lead the project establishment, feasibility analysis, project plan arrangement, key process technology research, project document writing, and participate in the planning and work review of the product development project at all stages from project establishment to delivery;
3. Able to coach R&D personnel, communicate and collaborate with other internal functional departments or external partners on projects or tasks, and implement them;
4. Actively understand the technical trends of molecular diagnostics, and be able to evaluate or propose new processes or new technologies and implement them.
job requirements:
1. Master's or doctoral degree in biology, with at least three years of experience in in vitro diagnostic product development, and experience in successfully developing and applying for three types of molecular diagnostic kits;
2. Have certain experience in laboratory management and R&D team management;
3. Familiar with project management of three types of kits;
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
5. Strong work initiative and sense of responsibility, good at planning and work summary, patient and careful, active and eager to learn, practical and stable, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
